Welcome to VT Sleigh Rides at Rainbows Edge Farm, we invite you to join us for a horse drawn sleigh ride this winter in Vermont.
Journey back in time to the sound of sleigh bells and the clomp of hooves in the snow. Enjoy a snowy daytime or moonlit ride through Hayden’s certified organic family dairy farm and surrounding acres of wooded trails. Meet our herd of certified organic cows, pat a calf and maybe even milk a cow. Pick up some certified organic milk too if you’d like.
In the winter when there is snow on the ground we offer horse drawn sleigh rides through the scenic woods and snowy fields of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. You’ll get to meet our Belgian draft horses, they are huge and strong yet very gentle. They work together to pull the sleigh as it glides along our private trails. We are available seven days a week for daytime and moonlit rides, please call Hayden to schedule your VT sleigh ride today.
Each ride is about 45 minutes in duration. Our sleigh seats 15 adults comfortably, more if there are children in the party.
We can help make your wedding day elegant or special celebration memorable with a horse drawn carriage ride in VT or NH. We will travel to your event location throughout Northern Vermont and New Hampshire. Private carriage rides are by reservation and can be scheduled for special events including: weddings, engagements or proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, proms, weekend getaways and date night on the town.
In early winter, spring, summer and autumn we offer horse drawn wagon rides around our farm and the surrounding forest. Our wagon seats 15 adults and is available for rides around our property or at your event venue. Wagon rides are great fun at birthday parties, community events, festivals, family reunions and corporate events.
Group and Private Rides
We offer group or private winter horse drawn sleigh rides, wagon rides and carriage rides. Make your proposal extra romantic, create memories with family or just enjoy the outdoors in Vermont.
